Welcome to the Compositdb Data Submission Page
The information within the Compositdb database includes:
- Genetic maps,
- Genomic probes, nucleotide sequences,
- Genes, alleles and gene products,
- Phenotypes, genotypes and pedigrees of cultivars, genetic stocks, and other germplasm,
- Addresses and research interests of colleagues,
Compositdb Data Input Forms
If you have comments, suggestions, or new information that would
be valuable to the database, we request you to fill out the appropriate
data submission forms mentioned below. Please include your name
and address with the submitted forms so that your contribution is recognized.
Colleague:
If you are involved in research of Compositae species, we would like to include you in the database.
General marker data:
Please use this form to contribute information on genetics, sequences and observations (Excel spreadsheet).
